Returns

If we have agreed that an item is to be returned, whether for refund, credit or exchange, you must ensure that it is securely packaged, preferably in the original packaging. You must further ensure in as far as is possible that I receive it by using a courier service or by Royal Mail Guaranteed.

In certain circumstances I may arrange for collection.

What can I return or exchange and when?

If you change your mind on an item, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please see returns policy here for further details and return conditions. The change of mind policy does not impact your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and Regulations.

Please note all return items are reviewed upon processing to ensure they meet the return conditions listed in the policy. Goods that do not match return conditions will be returned to the customer.

Exchanges

How do I exchange an item?

Online exchange You can exchange your item for one of a different size or colour by sending it back and requesting an exchange. There will, however, be extra shipping and handling fees. If the item you’re exchanging it for is of a higher value, you will also be charged the difference.
