Where do you get your stock?

I have a number of suppliers – all experts at finding the best crystals and gemstones. They operate around the world so my stock comes directly from the source. 

Do you deliver internationally?

I can arrange to have items delivered to almost anywhere in the world. If you want to buy something from one of my Facebook Live shows, I will reserve it for you and contact you via Messenger after the show.

How does buying from the live shows work?

If you spot something you would like during my Facebook live shows, just call out or drop me a message in the live show chat window. The item will be reserved for you immediately and after the show, I will send you an invoice. This must be paid within 24 hours. As soon as the invoice is paid, the item will be shipped to you.

Where an invoice is not paid within 24 hours of sending of the invoice, the item will be put back and your claim on it will be cancelled. 

If for whatever reason, you cannot settle the invoice within 24 hours but you still want the item, you must contact me via Messenger (or via my contact page)  so we can agree to alternative arrangements. For example, it’s the middle of the month and you do not get paid until the end of the month. I will be more than happy to oblige.

Payments can be via PayPal, Bank Transfer or by all major credit/debit cards via PayPal.
